Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about creating martial-arts animations with Kinso.
Get StartedGeneral
What is Kinso?+
Kinso is an AI animation platform for Chinese traditional martial arts. You face-swap yourself into Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Shaolin, Wudang and other animation templates to create cinematic short videos.
Do I need martial-arts experience?+
No. Every move is pre-animated by professionals. You only need to upload a photo, and the AI handles the rest.
How long does it take to make a video?+
Most clips generate in just a few seconds. The whole process, from picking a template to exporting, takes under a minute.
Photos & Results
What kind of photo should I upload?+
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with your whole face visible produces the most realistic results. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, and extreme angles.
Why does my result look off?+
Usually the source photo is blurry, poorly lit, or at an angle that does not match the template. Try a clearer front-facing photo, or pick a template whose head position matches your photo.
Can I re-generate a clip?+
Yes. If a result is not perfect, simply try another photo or generate again.
Account & Safety
Is the content safe and family-friendly?+
Yes. Every template depicts healthy traditional martial arts, and the platform follows strict content-safety guidelines.
How do credits work?+
Generating clips uses credits. You can purchase credit packs or subscribe to a membership for recurring credits and discounts. See our Membership page for details.
Can I share my videos?+
Absolutely. Kinso exports high-resolution vertical clips optimized for short-video and social platforms.
