5. Credits and Payments

Generating animations consumes credits, which may be purchased or granted through membership. All purchases are subject to our pricing and refund policies in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The templates, software, and branding on Kinso are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the photos you upload, and you may use the clips you generate in accordance with these terms.
